Search Queries
When you type a name, county, location, or other search detail into a partner-powered lookup tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Massachusetts Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own records.

If you email us or submit a contact message, we use the information you provide to read, route, and answer that message. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless a lawful requirement, subpoena, court order, or similar legal process requires disclosure.
